Pin Press engineered a fold-flat design that achieved up to 80% reduction in storage volume without affecting rigidity or alignment. Critically, the built-in nesting helped to eliminate 100% material loss during transit and storage, which significantly optimised operations.
The nesting structure, due to its built-in nature, allows efficient packing, assembly, and shipment — delivering cost savings and sustainability gains simultaneously.

We used paperboards with high-precision die-cuts and specified multi-layer coatings to achieve the required structural integrity and visual foundation, strictly following La Mer's brand design guidelines.
