Pin Press was engaged to implement a Variable Data Printing (VDP) system that could bring visibility to every packaging unit — integrating technology, process, and design into one cohesive solution.
The Challenge
As DR’s Secret expanded into new international markets, the brand needed greater control over product flow to prevent unauthorised distribution and irregularities across its supply chain.
The solution also had to integrate seamlessly into existing production without disrupting speed, accuracy, or design presentation.
Additionally, with more than 40 SKUs distributed regionally, scalability and consistency were critical to ensure every box met the same high standard of precision and appearance.
